Is it OK to not accept local guests due to previous problems?

I have had about 60 guests so far. of those 3 were locals. They were of all guests, the least successful. One was a messysexual hookup. 2nd was a person who threw an unauthorized pool party. 3rd was a huge family that overtook the property.  no problem with travelers from out of town. can i exclude locals in my profile?

@Tom-and-Mark0  Since you're a request to book you can decline the locals. You will take a hit on your decline rate if you do it too often on a booking request, but there is currently no penalty for declining  an inquiry though you will get an automatic warning if you do 3 in a row, just ignore them. Since you have only had 3 locals out of 60 so far I don't think it will hurt you much.
