Long awaited support...

Good day,

I have logged a call with the support over a week ago as I am unable to place a listing on any of my devices, both Mac and PC. The same error message pops up: "unfortunately, a server error prevented your request from being completed. Airbnb may be undergoing maintenance or your connection may have timed out. Please try again."  I asked my dad to sign in and create the listing on his mac on another network but he is given the same error.

The string of messages with support ends with a "Support ticket closed".   

How does one go about:

1) getting a definitive answer and assistance from support?

2) my chat function does not show up, so I cannot engage anyone..

3) I cannot add any further calls for assistance... have I been blocked??

I am using mainly safari and firefox..

Try giving them another call or contacting them via social media @Oscar470
