Offering Breakfast

Hello all,

We run successful boutique hotels listed on airbnb. Has anyone tried offering breakfast for their accommodation? If so, did it increase ADR? Or did you keep it optional and charged an additional fee? Did it prove to be a profitable revenue stream?

Hi  @Samuel596 ! Offering a breakfast can definitely be a benefit, though there are good arguments to make for both sides of this coin.
