Why the payout arrive at our account too late? The guest leave the house and yet their is no payment we receive from our account. Please do something to transfer the payment as fast as you can. Thank you very much.

@Jackielou0 how late is too late for you? Airbnb releases the money 24h after the check in date of the guest. Depending on your payout method it can take 2-7 working days for you to get the money. How long has it passed since the day after the check in?

Our first check in is July 9 and until now their is no payment we receive in our card.

@Jackielou0 when you check your transaction history is there a completed transaction on the 10th?

@Jackielou0 so they have sent the money. I would go to your bank and ask if there is some form you need to fill out since you are receiving money from foreign company, some banks need the info in order to be able to transfer it. Are you using this payout method for the first time?

@Jackielou0 well if the money is sent, you have used this method before and you don't receive the payout soon you should contact Airbnb directly too. Have a great day!
