Problematic guest

I Like to provide as much comfort as possible to my guests but when someone breaks the rules is disturbing other people minds.I feel frustrated and helpless 

what should I do if I reported to Airbnb and she/he doesn’t change and countinously breaking the rules ?

@Oswaldo8  After the first warning and call to AirBnB. The second call to AirBnB is to have the guest relocated immediately document it all in the messaging system and have other guests ready to verify if needed, especially if she/he is distrubing other guests you may have. Don't let AirBnB talk you into a third chance for the guest you want them out now before your other guests demand to leave with refunds and bad reviews of your listing because of this guest. Stand your ground. Also put these numbers into your cellphone for quick access in the event of a problem.
