Selling my Airbnb Rental Home- How to notify guests

I'm selling the home that I'm currently renting out on Airbnb. I'm planning on giving people who are currently on the calender a months heads up. How do I go about this process in the right way?

@Derek209 I would call Airbnb and explain that you need to cancel your upcoming bookings because you're selling the property. They will cancel penalty-free for you, and help your guests find other places to stay.

You didn't really ask about this, but if you're thinking of selling the property as an Airbnb, there is no way to transfer guests from one host to another. The guest would need to book seperately with the new owner once they have a new listing set up.
