What are the day limitations by law that hosts can have guests on board?

Other companies are saying the federal law is 120 days a year?  True or false?

@Linda-and-Bill1 I can't imagine there's a Federal law, because regulations concerning Airbnbs are not even consistent within an entire state.  They seem to be set by municipalities.  So probably best to find out what your local laws are.
