how to rent 5 rooms seperately

Would like to know how to rent out 5 rooms  seperatly and not as a unit .

Got a B&B and dont want to show fully booked when only one room is let out.

You need to create a listing per room - so if one is booked, the others are still showing as free.

Make it very clear, eather with a room number or a room name - so the guest know wexactly what room he is getting.
