my discount settings keep being removed

Yesterday I found that my discount settings for 3 nights, 4 nights and 5 nights and early bird discount had all been reset to zero, so  I put them all back in.  This morning they have all been reset to zero.

When I spoke to airbnb all they said was they could see that they were there (after I had put them back in) the person I spoke to would not take the matter further she simply kept saying that they were there when I kept telling her that it was a software bug problem as they were removed over night twice now.

Can anyone get this information put through to the application developers so that they are aware that this is going on?

Anyone else affected by this?  

Do I have to put this information in on my listing every morning?
