what time exactly do review periods end?

Quick question - what time do review periods end?

e.g., if it says this below, does that mean January 9 at 10 am or 5 pm or when and in what time zone?

After Jan 9, the review period will be over and you won’t be able to write a review. Even if it’s brief, your experience with her group is meaningful and we hope you’ll take a moment to share feedback.

you will have 14 days of time, is not specified the exact hour, because 14 days for write a review are more than enough. 🙂

anyway I think it considering your local time zone, but who knows from what hour it start 🙂
