Contact airbnb

How do we actually contact Airbnb? Has anyone ever cancelled their hosting reservations and have been able to contact Airbnb regarding this? There is no contact information at all on their website. Go ahead, try contacting Airbnb... And let me know how that goes for you.

There are plenty of ways to #contact Airbnb. 😉 E.g. in the #Help center.

But here are the #Airbnbphonenumbers (#contactAirbnb #Airbnbphone #phone #telephone #callAirbnb #urgent):

@Kim0 Sometimes it's faster and easier to use the search function for the community. 🙂 I had a lot of helpful and some unhelpful calls with them. Do you know you'll lose the #superhoststatus #shs or lose the possibility to be rewarded with it for one year if you cancel a reservation? Maybe you'll find another solution. All the best for you!

Here's what I get when I go to contact AirBnb

This one is even better because it tells me to click "urgent" which does not exist... chime in community.

Hello @Ross10,

Welcome to the Community Center.

I just wanted to check if you have seen my post above? In this you will find a link with more information on the different ways to contact Airbnb or you can use the search bar at the top of the page (just type 'Contact').

Beforehand, you might like to explore the CC, there is large range of discussions here which might be useful to you or we might be able to point you in the right direction. 🙂

Lizzie

Hi Lizzie,

I finally set up a twitter account and got through to airbnb help via twitter.

I've also discovered that the airbnb website contact page doesn't show the same page from web browser to the next.  Not very helpful at all....

Anyways, I got the answer as to why I haven't received my credits yet. I turns out the reservations have to be above a set value. That's not mentioned anywhere as far as I can tell.

Thanks anyways

Ross

The main thing is why are we no longer able to simply email airbnb ??? As we used to be able to do ?? and is Lizzie an employee of airbnb ?? If so why does her title not show this ??

I have had email contact and dialogues in the past on occasions why would they stop this ???? I cannot email them any longer.

I have called them they are based in Dublin as many non UK companies are.

But why oh why  again can they not have a live chat available as all other multi million pound companies do what are they trying to avoid . Perhaps putting things in black and white ??????

There is clearly an urgent need for contact by email or phone this is a problem with this company globally, they urgently need to address now.

Why cant we simply email airbnb. That is my question also sylvie. I am trying to request a booking receipt for my expense report and there is just no way you can request it to airbnb. Their customer service has robots behind the desk and only try to " troubleshoot" your request!!!

Hi Lizzie, can you explain to me why just 2 weeks ago I managed to find contact information and get on to live chat (with Darren) to try and resolve a payment problem and today i cannot find anything at all to make contact, as I was asked to come back if payment still not received after 14 days. I have called the UK No. (I am in Turkey at the moment) I listen to the taped message press the number I want and then told ever so nicely that I must wait whilst othe people are being helped and then my call is dropped???!!!! How am I supposed to get this problem sorted out, the community cannot help, I need to speak with someone there, or message them at least. You valued advice would be much appreciated. Thanks. Deb

Hi Deb,

Try the facebook page. You may find you will need to set up a twitter account and go through to airbnb help via twitter.

Good Luck.

Ross

Hi Lizzie

Could you please re-post as I cannot find it. I am not interested in searching the community centre anymore. I want to speak to someone in airbnb. I can never find the answer to my questions in the the cc and the phone number I have for Ireland just rings out.

There must be someway we can contact airbnb direct with questions and suggestions to make the site better?

Thanks

Susan

I'm having a terrible experience trying to contact Airbnb too. My question is not addressed on the site and I've been on the phone on hold several times for up to 40 minutes each time, and have still not got through. Come on Airbnb, your customer service is unacceptable!

Some weeks ago I needed to speak with AirBnB in Australia quite urgently regarding a matter with a guest and I repeatedly phoned the number listed for AirBnB in Australia (the one shown in the list below). The call failed to go through every time: the first 17 times it just rang and rang and rang and then rang out and on the 18th try I got a recorded message from the local phone company saying the number was not connected. I then tried putting in a complaint to AirBnB about the lack of any convenient and reliable way to make person to person contact with someone in the AirBnB organisation in Australia when there is an urgent matter - unfortunately, I couldn't find anything listed on the website telling me how to bring this matter to the attention of AirBnB. I felt completely stymied and powerless to do anything either about the problem with the guest that initiated the need to speak with someone in the organisation or about the fact the contact phone number given for Australia is useless. Perhaps making this comment here may have some effect.
