Guest accused Host of "physical Assault"

I'm in shock!! I asked a guest to leave, "that it's not working out" she agreed there were personality differences. The day she left she owed me for 2 nights. Said she would pay...long story short. I put the request in to Airbnb for the 2 nights. Her response to Airbnb, she refuse to pay due to "pyhsical assualt"

I never touched her or any of her items! People can be really mean! This is my income, my livelihood , I'm a people-person and am enjoying this new venture in my life!!  Has anyone experienced anything like this - your thoughts please.

How can a guest owe you 2 nights as you are paid by Airbnb but not directly from the guest? What really happened?

@Angela1005  I also don't understand your story. Guests pay through Airbnb. How can she owe you for 2 nights?

But I'm very sorry she accused you of this. It's a serious allegation and Airbnb could delist you for it, even if it's not true.
