@Per8 - Special offers can only be used for Inquiries. If you have a reservation request or confirmed reservation, it is not available. https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/1349/what-is-a-special-offer

On the desktop - it can be found under the "potential earnings" located on the left of the guest's message
