I need suggestions on popular tourist destinations that I start an Airbnb

I have owned and operated 2 cottages on Airbnb for 5 years. I'm looking to buy another property but the question is where? While I could buy a cottage here and it would do well, the real estate market is now to expensive. So I need to look outside my local area and the question is where is there high demand but affordable city or town to buy? I'd like to focus on the United States, but I'm open to other countries. It took me over six months to research where to buy 6 years ago. That was before I owned an Airbnb. As I begin this process again, the Airbnb community has grown! But there has to be affordable places where the need is great for a listing. I'm looking forward to hearing what some of you suggest!
