Linen Q's-new host

Hello. We are new hosts to AirBnB and some questions about linens. Do most hosts have the beds ready made for guests or do you leave the linens cleaned and folded in the bedrooms? 
We are hoping guests will follow instructions to leave all the sheets & towels in a hamper we have in our linen closet. Do you find most guests would follow that simple step?

We make the beds and do a linen change every 7 nights & towels every 3 nights. I don't like guests to strip beds, its easier to spot stains or marks when bedding is still on the bed.

@Gretchen44   We are the same as @Jeff158  I don't want them to strip them. As a guest I would not like to have to make a bed after traveling all day and being tired, I just want to drop into it.
