Make listing visible only to booked, upcoming guests

Hello,

There is a brand-new rule for my apartment building, prohibiting Airbnb guests, or any renters staying under six months. Naturally, I'll be taking my listing off, deactiviating it, and accepting no more guests. However, I have two upcoming guests (in Match and April) that have booked with me many months ago, and I don't want to cancel their reservations at this very last minute. Is there any way to make the listing invisible to the public, but visible only to them? Or, take down the listing but the upcoming guests can still message me? Thank you for any and all advise.

Putting it on 'Snooze' would do the trick, for a length of time lasting at least till AFTER your last guest. As to still receiving messages for existing bookings, not sure but stands to reason you should still get those.

  The apartment complex still allows you to honor existing bookings? 'Gracious' of them.
