No Special Offer Option

Hi,

I am trying to put in a special offer to a request and checked all of the requirements that could keep me from seeing the option–yet, it's still not there for me to process.  Has anyone run into this?  I'm running out of time to confirm the reservation 😞

Requests aren't eligible for Special Offers, weirdly enough. You can only send Special Offers in response to an Inquiry, an expired Request, or an expired Inquiry.  However, if you accept the reservation as is you can make changes to it from the Change/Cancel Reservation option within the booking, afterward.
