Not coming up in search for less number of guests

Hi! I've just listed my home. It can accommodate a max of 10 guests. When I test my listing and search for anything less than we don't come up in the search! Can I do anything to make us come up for searches with less than 10 people? Thanks!!

Hi Jenny,

That's just how Airbnb's search algorithm works. If you're a guest and you're searching for a room for 2, you do not want to see listing for entire houses. Your property should still show up for 8 guests perhaps, but is not in the same market as people looking for much smalller accommodation. 

I also host a house that can accommodate large groups, and fill out my calendar quite well despite not showing for lesser guests. It's just how the search system works 🙂
