Payout Vanished

We had a guest stay last weekend, and their reservation appears in completed transactions, but not their payout. It doesn't appear in future transactions either. There was no problem with the booking, we've not had any transaction problems before, but I can find no way to actually ask Air BnB about this, and what they've done with my £110.
Any suggestions for getting an answer (and my money) out of them?

Maybe because of adjustments to your payouts due to cancellations or changes to an ongoing reservations. Try to contact them to make sure at www.airbnb.com/help/contact

Odd though because we had one cancellation (not this one, and our one and only, but no penalty) and this reservation never changed. I've contacted them via the link - thanks for that.:)
