Price charged was not what I had on the calendar

Hi -

 

Brand new to hosting and have two reservations already. Two questions:

 

Is there a way to accept or deny a reservation request or are they all automatically accepted?

 

I know I had a quite higher price on my calendar for Aug. 20th but it looks like AirBnB didn't charge them that much when they made their reservation. Of course I'll have to stick with what AirBnB charged them but I'm wondering what I did wrong.

You have Instant Booking turned on so that means the type of guest you have specified can book and get confirmation immediately without any interverntion from you.

 

However, if you are certain that the rate applied for the August booking was completely different to what you had quoted - and you want to charge a different amount, then contact AirBnB to see what went wrong with the booking.
