Weekly discount seems to work on my base price, not on the Smart Price, how come?

Weekly discount seems to work on my base price, not on the Smart Price, how come?

I just got a booking for 9 days in August. My base price is £85 with a 5% discount for a week or more. I have smart pricing on and for August (high demand in London) the price is £90+. However, the daily price given to this booking was £81 (the base price less 5%).

Does anyone know whey the Smart Pricing didn't kick in for this instance?

I'd be grateful for any advice.
