Dear Sir/Madame,

My name is Elia and I am a host.

I would like to ask you about a review. My guest left some days ago. He was a senior and not very computer literate. He sent me his review as a message. I have tried to explain to him where to find the review section but apparently he is not familiar with either the procedure or with the site. Is there anything that you could do so as his review come through the system and not as an email message? Is it possible to send him any alert. It is a pitty because it is a good review. Otherwise is does not matter.

Hello Elia, unfortuntately if your guest cannot find the review alert on the desktop there is not much you can do with the "messaged" review.  You can try to explain it to him, if you persist they will find it though.
