Best type of listing for Newport, TN

My husband and I just purchased 15 acres in Bybee, TN with no current structure on the property. We want to airbnb a structure until we are able to retire to the property. We are wondering if anyone in the area can give us an idea of what type of structure is best to offer. We have been exploring tiny homes, self-sustaining tiny homes, prefab cabins and a trailer home. Any ideas of what is most attractive in that area?

My husband and I also bought 15 acres in Newport TN.  We want to retire there also.  😂 

So in the last year we have done site prep and ordered a bath house.  We are about finished with a 26 ft Geodesic dome and a 22 ft tiny house cabin, will have third rental next fall. Based on my research the more unique, and the best amenities the less competition and higher demand. The domes go very well.
