Buying a Home - Preexisting Bookings

Hello Team!

Quick question that I would love some clarification on - I've checked some other posts but this is a bit more specific.

I'm buying a property and close on June 28th.  

The biggest weekend is July 1st-4th.

Part of the sales contract is the the current host, offers to his guests the option to book with me/transfers his guests over to me.  

1) Can I create a listing for a property before the sale goes through so as to allow the guests to book through AirBNB in advance?

2) If not, can the current host have them book with me directly, then after closing I block off the dates on AirBNB or have them book through AirBNB?

Is there any way AirBNB can help just transfer over the bookings to my account?
