Missing Payouts!

I have been waiting to receive my payouts since December 25th, 2022, it is now January 12th! It is now over $11,000 in payouts and I’ve been messaging and calling AirBnB every single day and nobody can explain what the problem is. The only thing I’m being told is that the matter has been escalated to their “specialised team”. There is no indication as to when I will receive my payouts nor what the problem is. This is not good enough! AirBnB needs to do better. The least they can do is have someone contact me to explain what the issue is and how they’re working to resolve it. I need a resolution!

Ridiculous right? They have verified your account and everything and now, they are making a plot that your face, I mean actual bare face doesn’t meet your passport ID.

Airbnb should be investigated. They should be getting called out to this kind of service and for making you feel like you’re doing something illegal. Shame on them. Am just a simple business owner and instead of lifting my morale and helping me, they are doing the exact opposite. They crashing me. 

Same with me, I'm waiting for 29 days now. The support ambassador kept saying that it's being "reviewed" and the payout is in their payment processing partner. So, it means the payout is hanging somewhere in their system? I can imagine your frustration, as I am also experiencing it now.

Did you ever receive any email to your email prior to your Payments been 'Paused' or reason as to why?

 

Be mindful that Arise Virtual Solutions are one of ABB Partners, as is mentioned over the years here in ABB CC and that someone is involved in Tech Product design who has created these issues for us.

 

Note also any automated messages where they state they have phoned and left voice messages that you have never had as some of us have also had that happened.

Indeed we can also check on our own incoming records if they haven't undertaken those communications.

 

@Helen427 Yes, I got an email on the 13th of January saying that "Your payouts are no longer paused". Prior to this, they asked to update the KYC and submit the government ID, which is strange because I already did it long ago. So, I tried to do what they asked, but everytime I am submitting  the info/documents it kept on showing "thank you for submitting the docs".  I told this to the support ambassador, I asked how come they paused my payout? But of course, it's the same lame excuse that my case is being reviewed and that the payout is already with their "payment processing partner", for a total of 30 days now.

 

Sane here exact same words! They behave like they never heard such a thing happening before! then they ask you if they can help with anything else!!!

this is really alarming. Same with me. They kerp sending me links to comply and submit the necessary documents. I’ve done everything even sent them a copy of important documents to prove that my business is legitimate. Every time I click the link, it says “ You’re all set”. Now, I was reduced to my face doesn’t much my ID photo. Is Airbnb now a playground of syndicate or scammers targeting the payout of hosts?  

Same with me. My guests will just finish their stay and I’ll be left with nothing but keep getting stress if Airbnb will still release the payment. Why the community is not paying attention to this matter? This is very alarming.

Hi. This is the same of what happening to me right now. I accepted Russian guests. They arrived last January 18, 2023. It’s been more than 20 days now and still don’t receive my payout. Airbnb is making excuses upon excuses like asking me to provide this and that documents upon documents. Same line that this never happen so they need to escalate and forward my case to “special team” that handles this kind of issues. I was passed to different Airbnb specialist but until this very moment, there’s no clarification of the real issue. I’ve been hosting since 2016 and became Superhost at some point now I was reduced to my recent photo doesn’t match the photo in my ID that I have submitted. Is this a modus operandi? This is disgusting.
