PRICE NOT FLACTUATING AS PER THE GUEST

Hey

I just Host my Hotel on Airbnb, am facing one problem on Airbnb that my rates are not fluctuating as per the number of guests, For example, my hotel rate for 16 guests is 12,000/-, If guests choose 2,3,5,10 guests price will remain same, not fluctuating... I have seen many more hotels in my area, the rates are fluctuating as per the guests but not mine...

Kindly resolve my query as soon as possible, so I can generate many more leads with rates in my area...

You need to setup a listing for each room to be able to offer and book them separately.

Or you need to set a price per guest, which is a feature in the pricing section.
