Is this a legit listing ? Non refundable

Hey,

Just booked a villa listing in Beverly hills, it's a new one , no review on the actual property.

The host has reviews and comments on other listing , he's also reponding to my inquieries but with very short and not much detailed answers.

Do you think the listing is legit ?

if not do you think even with the non refundable get my money back if i can prove the listing is not real ?

The listing is new, it also offers the 20% promotional discount for first 3 bookings before 24 februari.

As the host manages 15 other listings, with a lot of reviews, there is IMHO no reason to assume the listing is not legit. The non-refundable policy is an option for guests to have 10% discount, but take the risk of not having to cancel the reservation themself and get no refund.

But if the listing is not legit, you can contact Airbnb and, after their investigation, Airbnb can cancel the reservation on behalf of the host and you will be refunded.

HI I actually found the listing on Zillow : https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/1749-Stone-Canyon-Rd-Los-Angeles-CA-90077/20529460_zpid/

so I grew even more suspicious, I contacted airbnb support and shared those information with them. I also contacted the host for him to explain.

Also the address indicated once I booked is completely different form the one on Zillow, which is the real one, Lot of misinformation also from the host .

I confirm you it's a fake

listing.

I did contact Airbnb support. 
As soon as I sent the host the link I found about to the exact same listing he cancelled my booking.

 

However the ad is still up. I wish they would take it down.
