2-step authentication is not working

2-step authentication is not working

Hi

 

Anybody else have this 2-step authentication not working too?

SMS is not sending code.
Phone call is ending without any code stated.
No option to use email any more.
previous code from email not working.
Payed out button in Earnings is not accessable.
I complained many times about this but no replay and no acction on Airbnb behalf.

Are you accessing your Airbnb profile from mobile device or desktop?

@Bhumika I had some trainee support trying to solve it with no luck. Left it with the info that it was passed to someone supposed to be more able to solve it but with that important task as I am not able to give data to my accountant auditor I feel they are very easy on this and/or support of Airbnb is nowhere close to follow up on the development changes on the system witch seem to lunch some of the stuff not properly tested.

Bottom line I cant access transactions and support is not able to solve the matter for weeks, how **bleep**ty can it get?
