Agreement Form/Contract for Events

Does anyone use an event agreement form when wedding receptions, weddings, birthdays, etc are permitted?

@Regal5 How does a birthday/wedding differ from a party? Does Airbnb allow these types of party?

As you know Airbnb doesn't allow parties or events .

If you want to take direct bookings for these sort of events then I'd suggest you contact a lawyer to help you draw up a contract based on the terms you want to include @Regal5

@Helen3 I've just looked at the listing. It clearly advertises weddings which makes me wonder if Airbnb now allows these or if it is not taking the no party rule seriously for some hosts. All very strange.
