Hej there

With my username rogerdellapietra I' did a booking in Ascona from June 12 to 16th. 

 

I've agreed with the owner that I can cancel it by contacting you community support.  Please feel free to contact Janine to confirm. 

The locations name is via livrucio 20.

@Roger884 this is a community centre not customer support. There should be a phone number or contact details for Airbnb on your reservation that will allow you to cancel.

The owner sounds confused. if you want to cancel your booking you need to go into your booking confirmation and hit the cancellation button @Roger884 

 

But before you do this check the cancellation policy you booked under. 

 

Never cancel a booking because a host tells you to.
