Hello All. I would like to ask you if there is any possibility to share the reviews from other websites of my listing on Airb...
I cancelled a booking and asked for the refund to be placed towards a new booking. I then made a new booking but paid the full price and the canelled booking amount was not subtracted from the cost of the new booking?

Are you sure that the cancellation policy allowed for a refund? If it did, then you would have been refunded to the payment method that you originally used for the reservation. It is not applied to a new booking. I would look at your statements for the payment method you used to see if the payment method was refunded.

The cancellation policy allowed for a refund. I then chose for a booking credit of the refunded amount, as I intended to make a new booking.
PLease, please look at the previous messages - as I just seem to be repeating the same information in an effort to resolve this matter.

@Tracey575 No one here can help you resolve this they can only suggest possible actions. You need to call Airbnb customer support and get them to fix the issue.
A booking credit has been applied to my Air B&B Account. THe refund has not been returned to my original payment source. I have double checked this.
