Cannot access my Canadian account while in Portugal.

I am a Canadian host of property in Canada and Portugal. While in Portugal to do work on my house, airbnb will not allow me to log into my Canadian account. Same on this community forum. It has designated me European and now I have this new forum profile. 

 

Surely an international platform has the capacity to accommodate hosts that travel??

 

Also, log in with my usual credentials sent me into an infuriating circle of hell, being promoted to do an obnoxious "mouse and cheese" puzzle over and over until I wanted to throw the computer across the room.

 

I have been a host for 8 years now. Airbnb seems to have really gone downhill. Thinking of going with VRBO.
