Damage and not follow pet rules

I have some guest that stayed for 2 months in mu airbnb. They really lacked in communication. I oked 1 animal they ended up with 3!!! Didn't nnot clean poop in yard like said in rules at check in. Also dog urine on corners of couch. What do I do how do I charge for clean up?

As it has been a while since you posted, did you manage to communicate with the guest about them not following your pet rules?

Did you eventually charge them for cleanup? Do let us know, if it went well!
