Guest exposed my dog to marijuana

I have a guest who left their bedroom door open and my dog when into their room and got into marijuana. My dog was acting weird so I rushed him to the emergency vet and they told me he was high. I don't have any specific house rules on marijuana so I am not sure what to do. She will also not confess to having it out, but she is the only person in the house the has weed. 

I would like to ask her to not have weed on my property because I can't risk the safety of my dog. She does not smoke it in the house, she will walk out to the front of the house and smoke on the sidewalk, so that she is not technically breaking any rules.

Looking for advice on what I can do or if there is anything I can do?
