Guest requiring a tax invoice for business purposes

Hello hosts,

Just a quick question.  I've had a guest request a tax invoice for business purposes to on-charge his client.  The "receipt" generated from his booking is not a tax invoice, nor does it state the GST component.  I've contacted Airbnb, they advise me it's up to me to provide the tax invoice.  Surely this isn't correct?  Has anyone experienced this before?

I've gone to one of my bookings as a guest. If I open the receipt, there is a clickable link near the bottom that says "Go to VAT invoice". Hope it helps if you tell the guest to search there.
