How do you manage long-term guests e.g cleaning services?

Hi world.  I'm a fairly new host.  I have a long term guest and I'm not sure how to cater to them when it comes to cleaning.  My unit have cleaning equipments such as mop broom and cleaning products.  How often do I provide clean linen and if they want cleaning services.  Is that something that is done on the platform or something you work out sperately with the guest?  If anyone have any suggestions I would greatly  appreciate it. Thank you.

It really depends how you describe cleaning for long term stays in your listings @John6998 

Personally I include a two week clean and linen change and guests clean themselves in between
