How to get an invoice with company details?

Hello 

I need help because we keep going round in circles with Airbnb Support and then they don't respond. 

We are a company who books Airbnb's for our workers and up to last week, er were able to get Receipt/Invoices with our company details on. Now we can't and nobody can tell us what to do?.
