My custom short-term promotions options disappeared.

My custom short-term promotions options disappeared out of nowhere today and CS just send me to the next person without solving anything. I don't have a third party app nor a manager or those things... It's driving me nuts anyone had this issue before?

I'm not sure if you've manage to resolve the issue with the promotions yet, but I found a few articles in the Airbnb Help Center that might provide some insight:

✨ Why aren’t custom promotions available for my listing? 

✨ Why can’t I set a custom promotion for some dates?
