You have 40 reviews but for other places, so need to get reviews for this place. Your pictures do not follow a sequence and hard to follow where 10 guests would stay.

I suggest to add discounts so your property gets booked faster. As a new listing promotion, offer a 20% discount for your first three bookings, a 10% weekly discount for guests who book at least seven nights, or a 25% monthly discount for stays of more than 28 nights.

Give excellent customer service, accurate and appealing listing descriptions, great photos are also critical components for attracting guests and ensuring positive experience.

Highlight your unique selling points. It could be a beautiful view, proximity to popular attractions, unique amenities or local recommendation.

Promote your listing on social media platforms, local community groups, travel forums. Just copy your unique Airbnb link and share. It takes time and effort.
