Anybody else experiencing this? Repeated phone calls and messages have not resulted in receiving payment that should have been released almost three weeks ago. Lots of promises to escalate this to next level, contact me back, resolve today...nothing! Chatter I've read indicates this is not an isolated incident - would like to know how big of an issue this is, how/when was it resolved, etc.

Some other Hosts have shared that this situation happened when they were required to verify their Host account. Usually, you get a notification about this at the top of the Airbnb page when you log into your account. >>Here is an article that offers some additional information about this process.

Have been receiving payments just fine before and after this booking. Very frustrating that you can't get past the front line for customer service and they are not empowered to do anything.
Was this for a last minute booking @Terri375 . How long did the guest stay for ?
No, booked four months in advance and stayed 6 nights.
