@Robert-And-Ronda0  The trick is to show your best with your first 5 photos. to cause people to look further. The picture of the house (5th?) it should be your opening salvo, then a 2nd outdoor photo ~~If~~ you have one just as good (quality wise), or showing something cool. Only then show the kitchen (the epicenter of indoor living), one of bedroom (master bedroom?) and finally something unique to your place. That should conclude your First 5.

Always work backwards - include only good photographs, if do not have them wait for them.

Random thoughts:

1.No wide angle photographs, in fact the opposite, slice photography.

2. Photos of a place should be as you are visiting and walking through it;  no parachuting into the kitchen first (common mistake). You are renting a house first (in your case), before a kitchen.

3. Consistency in tone, all photos should be equally bright, attractive, those that are not bes not used.

4. No duplicity, 2-3-4 of the same thing, detracts because gives the impression host ran out of material.

Quick thoughts just to get you thinking. Good luck.
