We're so happy to be Superhost for the 4th time in a row! 🙂

At Casa dos Vinhais Douro Valley, in the heart of the Douro wine region (Portugal), we not only have an original house full of history on the riverfront, but we treat every guest like a friend. In addition to fantastic breakfasts (the guests say, not us :)), we offer wine dinners and organize a range of experiences (picnics, boat trips, wine tastings...) that make the stay with us memorable. Guests who come to us via Airbnb are our favorites!

Hello to everyone from Tirana Albania, a nice place to visit and a new one for the most of visitors. I live in Tirana, a small place but very active, full of life, colorfull city. 

In Tirana you can taste a good food, you can enjoy the art, the nature and a lot of  days and nights activities.

Thank you Lizzie! We are happy to that Pousada Casa Bambu in Cunha, São Paulo, Brazil is being considered SuperHost for the 4th time in the row! 

Nevertheless, we are concerned that reservations dropped a lot in the last months, coincidently after some updates Airbnb implemented in its platform... We'd be equally happy if your support team could take a careful look on our ads to see if something wrong is happening.

You've definitely shared an interesting question and I've noticed Hosts share about it in the Community too! It would be worth exploring these discussions and read what other Hosts have to say here : Discussions related to bookings .

Unfortunately it is true all over:(  I just contacted Airbnb to find out what happened, I have not any bookings in some of my homes since November!  I can not afford to keep them on Airbnb:(  Sadly I went from 13 listings in Maui, Hawaii, Waynesboro, PA, Altadena, Ca and Los Angeles, CA on Airbnb down to 5 now.

I sold some and rented some full time!  But I still have 3 in Hollywood, Altadena and on near Beverly Hills, CA still on Airbnb.  I have had some owner bookings because my neighbors saw they sitting vacant and asked me if their families can come and I have agreed to rent them for a fraction of the cost.

I had been reducing my prices, but the cleaning fees, and giving more discounts, but still no bookings!  

Also, I used to tell my clients to go to the addresses to look at the pictures on google, and click on the Airbnb link to see the pictures, but now, non of them show onAirbnb!  I think something is happening, maybe Airbnb doesn't have the agreements they had with google and some of the other platforms?  Also noticed their fees went up too high and I had some people just say, I can't afford to book on Airbnb and are going to hotels instead.  I don't like this trend.

I loved being on Airbnb, but sadly unless they improve I may go from 5 to 0!

Yes, I have definitely noticed a slow down. I've never had any of my rentals empty and they currently are. Unfortunately in Hawaii we have a 30 day minimum which makes it alot harder to get bookings.
