guest not sure of check out date. how do you support a guest that is house hunting. As a host I do not want to block off date of a potential future booking. please advise.

@Patricia4201 its very simple. Either they book and secure your place or they don't and, if it gets booked, they have to move elsewhere.

If however it is low season you may do well only opening up your bookings say a month in advance to help the person stay with you.
