I've had several people complain to me about a negligent host who manages multiple airbnb properties. Poor/rude hosts give Airbnb a bad reputation. What can be done? How can their behavior be addressed by Airbnb?
Most guests will vote with their wallet. If they had a poor experience with the host they will not stay with them again. It's my sincere hope the guest is reflecting their poor experience in their review of host. This is what the reviews are for. If the host gets too many poor reviews they will be removed from the platform, that is how Airbnb addresses this.
