sold my airbnb

HI- i sold my airbnb and now when i cancel the reservation i see that i am being charged a ludicrous fee?

Congrats on the sale! You can find info about cancellation fees here. You can also find there the Extenuating circumstances policy for things that wouldn't incur a cancellation fee but it sounds like this might not be one of them.
