@Réal1 It’s been awhile, but in case you never figured this out, you can find the cancellation policy in place at the time of booking in the “Reservation Confirmed” email you received.
my traveler canceled 11 days before their arrival yesterday for a reservation made last February I received a message from Airbnb telling me that the traveler has been refunded in full. I would like to know what my cancellation conditions were for this traveler when booking but I cannot find it because my cancellation conditions have been firm for a long time
