@Maria515  This, and not receiving payouts, are by far the biggest complaints in the Community Center right now. There is no clear answer, but if you search through this site, you will find hundreds of people not receiving bookings and asking for advice. There may be some ideas there that you can try, but the problem is a widespread, fundamental one without a simple solution.
