NYC registration approved - Are Modifications allowed?

Hello Community, after waiting for ever as I see almost all of you have I finally got the registration certificate from NYC office. Of course I had to list everything as they requested with only hosting up to 2 people and to be present in the apartment blah blah blah. My question is anyone out there that also has their apartment registered have made any modifications to their listing, like allowing more guests, or changing from shared to entire apt ext. Does OSE go back and check their active registered listings to confirm no changes have been made or have a system to flag changes immediately?
