Hudson valley occupancy rate

Hi there, I’m new to this community.  I’m looking for a vacation home in the Hudson Valley/Woodstock area which I would like to rent out. I’m trying to get my arms around the occupancy rate pre-Covid. Can anyone share with me approximately how much time each year they are able to rent their homes?

I’d say my place was booked 25 days or more of each month with winters being a little less maybe more like 20 days, and I have a 7 day max stay policy. I’m currently experiencing a slow down and wondering if others are…whole new level of last minute cancellations in February….

Hope I'm not hijacking too much but since this post is from 2020 figured I'd ask. We're looking for something around Hudson valley that we can use as an AirBNB. Really just need something to cover its own costs. But we won't live locally so we'd need someone to manage the property, clean between guests etc. Do you know how to find something like that? 

And also - any recommendations for brokers who know their stuff around there?
