Guest Response Rate???

I`d really like to see the response rate that is requested from Hosts (and rightly so) also applied to guests that are sent a "special offer".I find it frustrating when a guest is sent an offer and fails to respond one way or the other.Why not apply a Guest Response Rate as part of the guest profile.Call me old fashioned but it`s just a courtesy thing.I`ve mentioned this a number of times over the past 5 years and get the usual "thanks for the great feedback,we`re looking into it"

@Wayne-and-Betty0 don't special offers expire after 24hrs, so if a guest hasn't responded in that period then the offer no longer stands?

 

I'm not sure how a response rate for guests would help a host consider whether or not to accept a reservation? And Airbnb revolves around the guest so there would be a snowflakes chance in hell that they would penalise a guest for failing to respond.
